Our Story
Welcome to Siam Thai Restaurant, conveniently located in Northern Plaza Mall in Glendale, Arizona. Siam Restaurant serves authentic Thai cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients and traditional flavors.
Owner Soony grew up near the restaurant and visited often, developing a love for its flavors and dishes at a young age. He gained extensive knowledge of Thai cooking while working in the restaurant industry for more than 20 years. After attending Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and working at the Four Seasons Hotel for four years, he decided to purchase the family-owned restaurant and continue its rich traditions.
Our Food
Siam Restaurant offers authentic Thai food made from homemade recipes passed down through generations. Many of our guests say that our cuisine captures the traditional flavors and spice levels they would expect to experience in Bangkok, Thailand.
Our diverse and flavorful menu includes more than 53 dishes designed to suit every palate, from guests who prefer mild flavors to those who can never get enough chili. We also offer a variety of vegetarian options.
One of the keys to maintaining the quality of our food is our use of fresh herbs and spices, including lemongrass, basil, cilantro, and kaffir lime leaves.
Why Siam?
Siam was the official name of Thailand for centuries. In 1939, the country’s name was changed to Thailand, briefly changed back to Siam, and officially became Thailand again in 1949.
We chose the name Siam because it reflects the history and culinary traditions behind many of our recipes. Through these dishes, we are proud to preserve the flavors and techniques that have been shared across generations.
