Best Pad Thai I’ve had in 20 years, maybe ever? These days all I ever seem to get is Pad Thai the same color as my Thai Iced Tea. If you know Pad Thai, if you really know, you know you want it brown not orange. When you get that brown pad Thai you know you’re getting that sweet palm sugar burn, that tangy sour tamarind, and that funky shrimp and fish sauce all making magic on that plate. Perfectly balanced, perfect interplay of textures, just really exceptionally well-prepared. And since a Thai restaurants litmus test is the Pad Thai, I’d bet the whole menu too to bottom is exceptional. Highly recommend. Will probably be back within the week.
