Best Traditional Thai Food in Glendale Arizona

Siam was the former official name of Thailand, for hundreds of years (1300’s – 1900’s). It wasn’t until May 8, 1939 that the official name of the country changed to Thailand. Disagreements over the name change has resulted in some going back and forth with the official names. The last name change to Thailand occured in 1947, and so remains to this day.

The reason we chose Siam Cusine as the name of our restaurant is that most of our recipes have a long history, and were originally created during the Siam age. This is the wonderful Thai-traditional experience we want you to enjoy during your visit.

Best Pad Thai I’ve had in 20 years, maybe ever? These days all I ever seem to get is Pad Thai the same color as my Thai Iced Tea. If you know Pad Thai, if you really know, you know you want it brown not orange. When you get that brown pad Thai you know you’re getting that sweet palm sugar burn, that tangy sour tamarind, and that funky shrimp and fish sauce all making magic on that plate. Perfectly balanced, perfect interplay of textures, just really exceptionally well-prepared. And since a Thai restaurants litmus test is the Pad Thai, I’d bet the whole menu too to bottom is exceptional. Highly recommend. Will probably be back within the week. I hoovered the pad Thai so here’s a pic of my tea for the algo.

The food was really really I had the Tom Kha soup with shrimp, Egg Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, and Thai Tea with light ice which I enjoyed very much

Take out. The fried rice is the best I have had. Egg rolls come close to my sister inlaws. Parking is plenty. Portions are great for the price.

This is a 5 star restaurant! The best Thai food in Arizona! I have tried so many restaurants and nothing compares. The food is fresh, bold in flavors and the service is wonderful! They have a coconut ice cream that is unbelievable! Just the absolute best!

So from the looks of the outside it looks small, but dont judge a book by its cover. Walked in and it opens up into a big area with perfect ambient light for a nice chill or romantic meal. The wait staff were fast and friendly, the food was amazing! Large portions. I've eaten at quite a few Thai restaurants and this one definitely is one of the best! Highly recommended and will be going back.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant since I was a baby. Every year for every family members birthdays, and in between. It has changed a little bit over the years, but mostly it is the same. The Pad Thai noodles are to die for, chicken satay, peanut sauce and cucumber salad is AMAZING. Then to end with coconut ice cream.. wow. I pray this place never closes. One woman also remembers my son who’s now three and we’ve only been there like 4-5 times since he was born. They are great people.

I’ve been coming here since 2012 and till this date in 2025, their food never disappoints! The fried beef jerky, lemon grass soup, crab Rangoons and spicy pad Thai is the perfect combination!!

One of the best Thai foods I’ve ever had in my life. Unassuming location and exterior, but the food here is legit and packed with flavors. I have tried almost all top 5 Thai places often mentioned on Yelp and Google Reviews in the greater Phoenix area, and I can confidently say this is the best in terms of flavor and authenticity.

I travel almost an hour due to rush hour traffic for Siam! Best Thai Cuisine in Phoenix! I like the Pineapple Fried Rice a lot. Great atmosphere even for solo dining

Hidden gem. Super tasty food. You order anything you get it with all your customization. Sweet waiters. Also they have a dish which most thai restuarants dont sell i guess. Fried eggplant and tofu dish.

Best thia food I've found so far. I live in Queen Creek and the drive is worth it. I grew up in Hollywood California Thailand town and Im pretty sure I know good thia food. If they have orange chicken on the menu that ain't real thai food....I've been here about 5 times always good.if they were closer id be there everyday.

Siam is one of the best Thai restaurants in the Valley. Unassuming restaurant off 51st Ave. Curries are exceptional and serves an excellent beef jerky and Pad Tai. Always enjoy our trips to Siam!!

Came here for the 3rd time with my fiance, food was good but I think they need to work on customer service little bit because I was asking them for condiments and they just walk away, I didn't finish asking them for somthing else. Came here 2 yes ago and it was absolutely service was good. Think they change owner and workers.

Siam Thai has been my local favorite for delicious Thai food. I have ordered multiple menu items: yellow curry, fried shrimp, fish cake, pad thai, chow mein, etc., and all have been great. Highly recommend.
